About Us

1998 I founded foundagirl records to stay independant as a musician and to produce and to fund my own music.
 

I travelled to all the wonderful independant little music shops in the country with my backpack full of CD's, a city map and the hope that they would put out a bunch of my CD's.  I spent all my fees for black and white cd flyers and stamps. I started to organize parties and moved from an apartment to a VW Van on a camp ground to raise some extra label money.

14 years went by, foundagirl and I made it through, and we have produced 5 CD's and 2 singles.

In 2006 Ina Nicosia took over the Artist Management and put me and the label on the map.  In 2007 I was able to do a 200 show world tour including Australia, Europe, the UK and USA.  We sold thousands of CD's at hunderts of concerts and also through the website.
